She is focused on rendering her clients with a solid nutritional education-based platform to ensure that healthy eating habits are instilled to sustain life long healthful outcomes. Her experience in both clinical and commercial settings have supported her belief that the Ideal Protein protocol is the fastest, safest, and healthiest way to lose visceral fat and improve overall health. She embraces and ensures that each client is given the knowledge and tools necessary to succeed in achieving tailored goals and maintaining healthy lifestyle habits. As a proud mother to four young children, she intimately understands the importance of cultivating a work/life balance and prioritizing her own health goals to ensure that she can continue to be devoted to being a service to others. Stephanie earned her B.S. in Human Foods & Nutrition from the University of Houston in 2015 and minored in Human Health. She aims to empower clients with an improved perspective on food as a functional tool to attain abundant sustenance and nourishment throughout life.
